Four Housing Group aims to ensure that its website is helpful and easy to use by our customers. We have included a number of features on our website that are designed to communicate information to you in a helpful manner.

Navigation
Four Housing Group uses navigation that is always situated in the left hand side of the website. All of our links are highlighted in a different colour to that of the main text for easy recognition. If any of our links go to another website other than the Four Housing Group website, we will tell you this in a short comment next to the link.
Text Size
If the text size is too small or large for comfortable viewing, you can change it by selecting the most suitable sized letter ‘A’ on the footer of all of the web pages within the Four Housing Group website. If none of these sizes are suitable, you can also change it by following the below instructions for your particular browser.
| For Internet Explorer Browsers |
- Open the ' View ' menu with your mouse, or by pressing ' Alt'+'V '.
- Select the ' Text Size ' option with your mouse, or by pressing ' X '.
- Choose the text size you require with your mouse or by using the up and down arrow keys and pressing 'Enter' or by clicking on it.
- If you have Internet Explorer 7, you can also increase the text size using the zoom tool which is shown in the bottom right hand corner of the browser by a magnifying glass and 100%. Or go to Page in the top toolbar and select Zoom.

| For Firefox Browsers |
- Open the ' View ' menu with your mouse, or by pressing ' Alt'+'V '.
- Select the ' Text Size ' option with your mouse or by pressing ' S ' twice.
- Increase or decrease the text size with your mouse or by using the up and down arrow keys and pressing 'Enter'.
- You can also press ' Ctrl ' and ' + ' to increase the text size, ' Ctrl ' and ' - ' to decrease the text size. ' Ctrl ' and ' 0 ' returns you to the default size.

- Click on the ' Text Zoom ' option with your mouse, or by pressing ' Z '.

- You can easily make both text and graphics larger or smaller using the numberpad ' + ' and ' - ' keys. Each press will increase or decrease the size by 10%.

Terminology
Four Housing Group writes clearly and uses everyday words on our website and if a word cannot be presented to you in its standard form, we will provide a definition for you.
Alternative Format
All printed material can be provided to you, upon request,in alternative languages and formats if you need them. These include:
- Large print
- Colour differentiated
- Audio
- Alternative languages other than English

Unable to Open a PDF (Portable Document Format) Document
Certain versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator do not allow PDF documents to open in your Internet Browser. If you find you cannot open this type of file, place your cursor over the link and right click on your mouse then select "Save Target As". Then save the document in a memorable location, then double click on the file where you saved it to open it.
If you find you still cannot open the document you may need PDF reader software installed on your computer, you can download Adobe© Acrobat Reader then install on your computer, Adobe©Acrobat Reader is free to download and use.
