The structure of the Group is as follows:

Berwick Borough Housing:
Berwick Borough Housing manages over 1,900 homes for rent or shared ownership, 1200 in Berwick and 700 in the rural areas of Wooler, Belford and Seahouses. Originally managed by Berwick-upon-Tweed Borough Council, the houses were transferred to Berwick Borough Housing in 2008 after a tenant vote.

Berwick Borough Housing is committed to providing high standards of service delivery which meets the needs of existing and potential residents of the Berwick Borough.

Three Rivers Housing Association:
Established in 1971, Three Rivers Housing Association has built a reputation for providing good quality and environmentally affordable homes, along with housing support and customer centred services in neighbourhoods where people want to live. Operating within the North-East of England, the Association is a not for profit social business managing around 3000 properties in both rural and town areas and have ambitious growth targets to increase this number. We operate within 17 local authority areas including County Durham, Tees Valley, Tyne and Wear and Northumberland.
